Below you find pdf documents associated with each year's CTRAA activity. Just click on a year to access a link to each document, which can be read in situ or downloaded.

These documents are usually part of a pack handed out at each annual general meeting (AGM), held in late November or early December. That pack tend to consist of the agenda for that AGM, the minutes from the previous AGM, the accounts for the just concluded financial year (1 November previous year to 31 October current year), and the proposed list of committee members for the next year. Here, however, the documents have been placed in the year they refer to.

The current list of annual documents covers the years 2006 to 2025, with a few missing for the years 2006-2015. We hope to eventually be able to add the missing documents as well as those for previous years – all the way back to the foundation of the CTRAA in 1968.
